Sex Offender Notification for Lead Hill

Authorities say Byron Scott, a level three sex offender, has moved to a residence on Lead Hill Road. Scott was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the 1st and 3rd degrees involving a 3-year-old female in Michigan, back in 1991.
