Cecil L. Williams, age 63, of Stella, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Freeman Hospital in Neosho, Missouri. He was born January 18, 1954 in Joplin, Missouri the son of Wilburn and Alma (Mullins) Williams. On October 15, 1976 he was united in marriage to Elizabeth “Beth” Prewitt, who survives. Court records show 24-year-old Marian Piatcheck is arraigned on felony aggravated robbery and burglary charges. She is also charged with misdemeanor theft of property.
